The penthouse has 2 double bedrooms and an additional gallery / mezzanine space which is furnished as an additional bedroom. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room. The main bathroom has a bath tub and shower over the bath. Double pull out sofa bed in lounge.
Convenient to Queen’s University as well as only 20 minutes walk to Belfast City Centre. The apartment is in a small private scheme of only 36 units but benefits from the convenience of a location within easy walking distance of many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

The apartment was exactly as she described. I actually think it is bigger than how it looks in the pictures. Great location. Easy access to downtown either by walking, taxi or UBER. More than enough room for my group of 7. Definitely would stay again if I ever go back to Belfast.
The apartment was perfect for our long weekend trip to Belfast. Very cool building, fantastic location and very clean inside – looked just like the pics.
