Booking information

How do I make a booking?

Please contact us at info@belfastshortlettings.com or +44 (0) 773 668 5560 to reserve the apartment of your choice.

How do I pay for my booking?

When you have chosen the perfect apartment for your stay in Belfast you will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Payment schedules are as per the Terms & Conditions and will be clearly set out on your invoice. Full Terms & Conditions will also be provided with the invoice. Payments can be made by online bank transfer or wire transfer for international payments. Credit card payments are also accepted and subject to a 3% processing fee to cover card provider’s fees.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed when your booking deposit has been received and you have received a confirmation email from us.

I have family / friends coming to visit Belfast can I view the apartments before I make a booking?

Absolutely! We would be delighted to show you any of our properties to see which is most suitable for your visitors.

How much does it cost to stay at the apartments?

Please see the apartment pages for their respective prices.

Is there a minimum stay at the apartments?

Yes, there is a 5 night minimum stay at all the apartments.

Are discounts available for long term stays?

Yes, please contact us for further information and to discuss your particular requirements.

About location

Where are the apartments located?

We have apartments available throughout central Belfast: In Belfast City Centre, Queen’s University Quarter, Titanic Quarter and Cathedral Quarter. Please see the individual apartment pages for further information.

Do you have apartments close together to suit a large group?

Yes, we have several apartments within the same complexes in Belfast. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

What is there to do during my trip to Belfast?

There are many things to see and do in Belfast. Please see our ‘Things to do’ section. A folder with local information and ideas is also provided in the apartments.

Do I need a car?

Car hire is not necessary for a trip to Belfast. All apartments are centrally located and close to public transport networks. If you do decide to hire a car or if you are travelling from home by car the majority of our apartments include private parking.

Where is the nearest tourist office?

The Belfast Visitor & Convention Bureau is located in the the city centre opposite City Hall.

Are there any grocery shops and restaurants within walking distance of the apartments?

There are grocery shops, cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes walk of all our apartments. Each apartment has a folder with information on the local area specific to the individual apartment. This includes directions to nearest shops, restaurants, bus stops, services, etc.

Travel information

We are very easy to get to! All our apartments are located in central areas of Belfast close to major transport routes and public transport networks.

There are 2 airports in Belfast: George Best Belfast City Airport and Belfast International (Aldergrove) Airport. Buses operate from both airports to Belfast City Centre and Europa Bus Station on Glengall Street. From there all our apartments can be reached in walking distance or short taxi ride. Alternatively, local taxis are available from either airport directly to the apartments.

Belfast Central Train Station and Botanic Train Station are also within easy reach of the apartments.

Full details of transport options to the specific apartment you have chosen will be provided before check in and we are happy to answer any specific questions that you may have when planning your trip to Belfast.

Apartment and facility information

Can I arrange for a grocery delivery to the apartment?

Yes you will be provided with the full postal address and postcode of the property should you wish to organise an online shop.

Are the apartments approved by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board?

Yes all our apartments are NITB approved.

What type of heating do the apartments have?

All our apartments have gas combi boilers. There is instant and continuous supply of hot water. All apartments have room thermostats. Full instructions for boilers are provided in each apartment.

What facilities are provided for business travellers?

All our apartments have fast reliable WIFI (either BT or Virgin Media). Lounge and dining areas have comfortable space for working. Discounts are available for long term or regular returning guests. VAT invoices are provided for all stays. VAT is currently chargeable at 20% for stays of up to 28 days and at 4% for 28 days or more for continuous stays.

Our apartments offer a perfect alternative to hotels for business travellers looking for the flexibility of cooking and dining in, the space to live and work, and the affordability of sharing living space with colleagues.

Are pets permitted?

No.

Are the apartments accessible for disabled guests?

Some of our apartments are suitable for disabled guests. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your particular requirements.

What time is check in / check out?

Generally, check in is from 2pm and check out by 11am. Subject to other reservations we will do our best to accommodate your needs outside of these times.

How do I check in to the appartment?

Depending on the apartment you choose you will be given detailed instructions for self check in or you will be met at the apartment for check in. Detailed information relating to the particular apartment will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.

Are towels and bed linens provided?

Yes.

Is cleaning included?

The apartments are cleaned before and after your stay. For longer stays additional cleaning throughout your stay may be arranged if required. Please discuss this with us.

Is there WIFI?

Yes all apartments have free unlimited WIFI.

Are a baby cot and high chair provided?

Yes there is a travel cot and high chair in each apartment. Baby bedding is not provided.

Lovely stay in a fantastic location close to City Hall. Great wifi and easy, prompt communication with a friendly host. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with good kitchen and bathroom facilities.
